Salon policies and guidelines.

24 hour notice for cancellation is required, 48 hours for Saturday appointments. Failure to do so will resort in a £25 cancellation fee.

For any colour service over 4 hours, or hair extensions, a 25% deposit is required for both existing and new clients. This is due to the amount of time being booked out.

No-show appointments will require 100% payment of the original appointment costs.

Attending late to an appointment may resort in amendment of appointment, failure to attend consecutive cancellations may result in being taken off our clientele base.

We do require a deposit from all new clients before booking an appointment. (this can only be refunded if you cancel within our policy)

A deposit is also required for any appointment over 4 hours and for all hair extension appointments.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We do NOT do colour or chemical services for any persons under the age of 16. (as our insurance does not cover us.)

Patch test

All colour services require a patch test 48 hours before

Once you’ve had your patch test and we know everything is well and safe, we can then book you in for your appointment.

We require all new clients have a consultation.

Appointment etiquette

Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment with us – this allows us to get you gowned up and ready for your appointment time.

Please note that you must come alone as we don’t have extra space for anyone to wait.

Please allow time to find car parking space, or appropriate bus route.

No hoodies, polo necks or best clothes.

Please enjoy complimentary cafe áu lait from our machine. Other refreshments are also available.

Snacks are welcome if you require a long appointment.

These policies and procedures are in place as we want to provide the nicest environment we can for you, creating good strong healthy boundaries.
