I started in the hairdressing industry in 2000 and was always extremely ambitious.
Working in a few different salons, I knew I wanted to create my own working space and my own environment. That’s when I first opened the doors to Pearl Boutique in 2015 but have since moved into Big premises opening a new more luxury Pearl Boutique in 2024.
Over the years I’ve gained more hair education. Attending different courses such Hair extensions, balayages courses and keeping up-to-date with colouring knowledge and my techniques.
This led me to build a full clientele base with a waiting list, which I am extremely proud of.
I’m an absolute perfectionist and I pride myself in giving my clients the best experience while in my Chair, delivering the best service I can.
With a warm heart and a welcoming nature my clients walk out the salon feeling amazing.
Getting your hair done should always be an amazing experience, so I always like to make sure my clients feel so comfortable.
I’ve been able to pass my knowledge and experience to the staff at pearl Boutique and in December 2023 winning, East Midlands MABA awards which I’m so proud of and was such an honour.
I absolutely live and breathe hairdressing. I would say my favourite part of hairdressing is getting creative with colour especially gorgeous Balayages.
Life would be pretty boring without a “bomb ass hairdresser”.
Ellie Moore
Hair Stylist / MUA
Ellie is our youngest stylist, but don’t let that fool you! Her skills are on point and she is a very talented hairdresser with impeccable attention to detail. She is passionate about her blondes and is a level three qualified hairdresser, working her way towards becoming a blonde specialist.
Ellie also loves working with Hair extensions. Weaves and nano rings.
She makes all of her clients feel comfortable and at ease in when you’re sat in a chair.

Amie Brown
Hair Stylist
Amie has over 14 years experience in the hairdressing industry and loves getting creative with colour. She prefers to work with hair past shoulder length and long hair as this is where her passion lies. Amie is a lovely caring person. And always passionate about keeping up-to-date with all the latest colours and trends.
Amie also offers naked/L.A weave extensions
Keely Thacker
Beautician
Keely is a self-employed beautician that has been in the Beauty industry for over 22 years. Keely is very passionate about delivering a professional service and deeply committed to keeping up-to-date with all the treatments.
Working in reputable salons, she has polished and mastered her amazing skills and offered a wide range of treatments specialising in Acrygel nails and specialises in hot wax
Keely enjoys meeting new clients and has an infectious personality, which has gained her a busy clientele base.
